that they are able to achieve the highest price possible for the
limited suply of these bungalow plots, which are clearly the home

Due to Sentosa Development
Corporation (SDC) regulations, owners of the bungalow plots must
complete their construction within 48 months and are not permitted
to sell until they have achieved TOP. For this reason we have
seen very few bungalows come onto the market yet, however as many
