Over the years we have cultivated excellent relationships with a number of developers who are willing to work with us on structuring deals to our investors based on our past track record . In addition we have a number of real estate agents who bring us deals which can consist of either land for redevelopment or developers looking to sell the entire development to a single group of investors.

We do our own research on each deal and use our proprietary modelling software to analyse the development costs of each deals to ensure that the developer is not offering us the deal at unrealistic pricing levels. Only after we are confident that the deal has a healthy potential upside for our investors will we begin to engage them in discussions.

We have a number of potential deals that would suit high net worth individuals or groups of investors ranging in size from $30m to over $400m requiring capital commitments of between $3m to $40m.
