upside through our careful screening of deals and our ability
to negotiate directly with the developers in securing in many
cases below market pricing due to the leverage we can bring to
the table when we take 00% of the development or at the minimum
a controlling position.

| Mount Rosie |
|
After having watched with keen interest
a plot of land off Chancery Lane for more than a year
we entered into discussions with the developers at a very
early point to discuss potentially bringing in a group
of investors who would be prepared to purchase 100% of
the units within the development (12 Cluster Houses) upon
the developer receiving its sales licence. We successfully
concluded the deal.

| The Ford @ Holland |
|
We approached the developer (Hoi Hup)
and entered into discussions with them to purchase 100%
of the townhouses they had within the development (10
townhouses). Due to other commitments they eventually
only permitted us to take 50% of the units (5 townhouses)
and gave us 24 hours to collect the cheques. Within 24
hours we collected the 5 cheques and concluded the deal.

| One Shenton |
|
Through our network of contacts and
reputation we were able to secure a VVIP invitation for
One Shenton launch and were able to be the first investor
to be offered an entire floor.

| Centurion 12 |
|
We launched the 8 Cluster Houses in
Centurion 12 and sold 100% within a few weeks. Each investor
made a spectacular return on their original investment
and most reinvested the proceeds into other deals with
Chesney Real Estate.

|
Negotiated on behalf of our client
with the developer to purchase all of the remaining units
within the development (53 apartments).

the sales licence.
